Location:
From Quesnel turn west off Highway
97 onto the Nazko road. After about 48 km (30 mi), go south past
Puntchesakut Lake. There is a 400 m (1312 ft) walk to the lakeshore
of this small wild stock lake.
Resorts
& Campsites:
There is a small cleared area for picnicking or camping but no facilities
or services available in the immediate area, however, Quesnel (50
km / 31mi away) offers complete services, facilities and accommodations.

Report: The wild stock rainbow in this lake can reach

Viewscape:
The flat country surrounding the lake is covered with a coniferous
forest broken up with areas of meadows.
Shoreline:
The shallow sloping shore, covered with deciduous forest, gradually
leads to a coniferous forest. To the north-west, south and south-east
there are a number of hay meadows in evidence. The actual shore/beach
is mainly silt or mud, occasionally with small amounts of gravel.
