Fishing
Report: Rainbow Lake contains wild stock rainbows in
the 2 to 4 pound range. Fishing is excellent. It is quite possible
that you will catch even bigger fish. Trolling the depths and fly
fishing the shallows both work well. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com
for angling information!
Viewscape:
The low mountainous area, forested with spruce, lodgepole pine,
aspen and Douglas fir, opens to occasional grassy areas.
Shoreline:
The border of reeds around most of the lake makes access difficult
in all areas. Shoreline in soil with a few shrubs in evidence.
Note:
Always check your current BC Fishing regulations before you start
fishing a new lake.
