Location:
Travel north from the city of Kamloops
on Hwy. #5 (Yellowhead Hwy.) to the community of Clearwater.
At Clearwater turn east (right) at the Wells Grey Inn in Clearwater.
There is a sign on the right hand side of the highway at Clearwater
pointing East directing to Dunn Lake Road. Follow Dunn Lake Road
(south) to Dunn Lake. Alternate route: follow the Dunn Lake Road
just east of Little Fort.
Resorts & Campsites:
There is a resort on the southern shore of the lake and a recreation
site with a car top boat launch along the northern shore.

Fishing
Report: The long, deep, scenic lake offers fishing opportunities
for rainbow trout, lake trout, bull trout and the odd Kokanee. Due
to the depth of this lake, the water remains fairly cool through
the summer, enabling successful fishing through much of the season.
Trolling is the most effective fishing method, especially in the
heat of the summer.
