Tyhee
Lake Provincial Park is a 33 hectare park is located in the Bulkley
River Valley and is surrounded by the Telkwa and Bukley Ranges of
the Hazelton Mountains to the west and the Babine Range of the Skeena
Mountains to the east.
Forest
cover consists primarily of trembling aspen and within it reside species
including squirrels, beavers, bear and moose and birdlife such as
loons, grouse and grebes.

and 2 km from Telkwa.

PARK
FACILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Camping
- The 59 unit campground provides water, wood and toilets. A picnic
area and playground are located conveniently nearby.
Fishing
and Boating - Thyee Lake is popular with boaters, waterskiiers
and anglers. A boat launching ramp is provided. Cutthroat and rainbow
trout are abundant in Tyhee Lake.
Hiking
and Trails - Trails lead to the parks notable features and scenic
vantage points.
