Location:
Located approximately 39 km. (24 mi.) northwest of the town of Westbank,
British Columbia. To reach Jackpine from Westbank, turn off Hwy
97 south of Westbank on to Glenrosa Road for approx 9 kms. Turn
right on to Jackpine Forest Service Road for about 20 km. Watch
for the signs to the lake.
From
the city of Kelowna, Jackpine can
be accessed by taking the Bear Lake Main Road road up to Lambly
Creek, past Lambly Lake.
Resorts
& Campsites:
1 resort, and the fee for service Jackpine Lake BC Recreation Site
that operates from early May to mid October. The site offers 8 campsites,
a cartop boat launch, tables and toilets.

Fishing
Report: Stocked with trout, Jackpine supports a good
Rainbow fishery for trout up to the 2-3 lb. range. Both fly fishing
and trolling with lures, flatfish, and spinning gear work well in
Jackpine.
