Location:
From the city of Kelowna travel
east on Hwy. #33 to the community of Beaverdell. Buck is located
approximately 20 km. (12 mi.) northeast of Beaverdell on a rough
gravel road that exits off Hwy. #33.

A large, well treed BCFS campsite with a cartop boat launch is present
at the lake.

Upper
and Lower Collier Lake - Upper and Lower Collier are
small hike-in lakes located southeast of Buck Lake and can be
reached by taking a branch road right and travelling up Beaverdell
Creek approximately 6 km. (3.7 mi.) after leaving Hwy. #33. Both
lakes contain Rainbow and Cutthroat trout. A large, well treed
BCFS campsite can be found at Lower Collier via a 1 km. hiking
trail. A small well treed BCFS campsite is present at Upper Collier
and is accessed via a 1.5 km. trail from Lower Collier. Also,
Sago Creek, a small, park-like BCFS campsite can be found adjacent
to the Beaverdell-State Creek Forest Road which is the trail head
for the hike into Collier Lakes.
