Location:
From the city of Kelowna, travel
east on Hwy. #33. Stay on Hwy. #33, following it past the community
of Beaverdell. Turn east (left) off Hwy. #33 onto a rough gravel
road, (approximately 30 km./19 mi. north of the community of Westbridge)
and follow it to Taurus Lake.

5 well developed BCFS campsites with cartop boat launching are available
at the lake.

Fishing
Report: Stocked yearly with Rainbows, Taurus is considered
a good producer of 2+ lb. trout. Both fly fishing or trolling, either
with small lures or spinning gear are successful methods used on
Taurus. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com

Pete's
Lake - Pete's Lake is located just north of Taurus,
on the way to Hoodoo Lake. It is stocked with Rainbow trout, and
is well worth a try when visiting the area. Present at the lake
are 3 heavily treed BCFS campsites.
