Fishing
Report: This popular lake supports a mixed fishery of
Rainbow, Cutthroat and Dolly Varden. Rainbows are stocked annually
but remain small and numerous. Spring fishing is best, using flies
or trolling small lures or spinning gear. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com
for angling information!
Viewscape:
Very scenic with surrounding forests of spruce and Western Red cedar.
Nearby
Lakes
Edith, Fawn and Stump lakes are small hike in lakes that can be
found within the park. They are all stocked with Rainbows, providing
a good fishery for trout that reach into the 1+ lb. range.
Note:
Always check your current BC Fishing regulations before you start
fishing a new lake.
