Castle
Mountain (formerly Westcastle):
Castle Mountain is winter's hidden gem with lots of deep, dry powder
and terrain that will excite the most adventurous skier or snowboarder.
Tucked away in southwest Alberta, right beside the continental
divide, Castle has a variety of gladed and alpine terrain with
long consistant pitches. In fact, Castle has "Canada's Longest
Continuous Fall-line". With small crowds and a laid back
atmosphere, you feel like you are a valued guest not just another
number at the hill. The new on-hill accommodation provides a mixture
of hotel and hostel rooms and the "Ski and Sleep Packages"
in nearby Pincher Ceek or Crowsnest Pass are the best deals available
in western Canada.
